Subject: What are your MUST HAVE herbs?

I am about to move into a new place and I want to rebuild my stores of herbs and homeopathic remedies. I wondered what some of your MUST HAVE herbs are...for example on my list would be:
Ginseng - for energy and building the immune system
Garlic - for warding off illnesses
Eucalyptus - for allergies and colds
Peppermint and catnip - for upset stomachs
Red Rasberry - for "female" complaints

I guess my short list would be:
Catnip - for relaxation, insomnia
Blue vervain - for muscle relaxant, insomnia
Dandelion - greens for salads; root for liver
Echinacea - for building my immune system
Licorice - to make my brews taste yummy
Nettles - for nutrition and feeling run down
Oat Straw - tonic for nerves
Oregon Grape Root - to clean the liver, PMS
Osha - for coughs and colds
Red Clover - mixed with Nettles or alone for nutrition
Skullcap - for nerves!
Uva ursi - for menstral cramps
Yarrow - for cuts
Ok, maybe it's not such a short list. So many herbs, so little time...
Linden... gotta have linden tea. Nothing like it for the nerves, and it puts you to sleep like a light. My physician (believe it or not) prescribed it when I was pregnant and couldn't seleep at night.
Camomille - great for upset stomachs.

I would start with cayenne, there's nothing better as an "ounce" of prevention. Also excellent during illness. Cayenne caps, one in the morning, will keep you well all winter, if you have a winter. I'm entering the sixth month of Canadian winter and so far <knock>
not even a cold.
A nice ephedra tea is also stimulating.
And ginger tea with lemon and honey.
These are my real every day herbs, although the ephedra is more of a workout or pre-workout herb for me. Excellent for the adrenals, lungs etc.

Hawthorn: for getting to sleep at night and, when necessary, for coping with stress during the day.

Echinacea, for immune health
Lobelia...relaxant, expectorant, anti-asthmatic
Olive Oil...vulnerary (wound healer in and of itself) I know, it isn't exactly an herb!
