It is amazing what can be found on google search. Henriette, your site is a gold mine.
I am a Massage Therapist who does aromatherapy. I founds your site while looking for more information on Japanese mint oil. I feel like a kid who found where Santa keeps all of the toys.

I'm just looking for a quick way to identify a number of plants a landscape architect put on a plan drawing for our N. California (Walnut Creek) residence.
The names are in Latin and we will be ordering them from one or more local nurseries. The screw-up potential seems high. Something with pictures would be nice.

i had searching for uses of the "weeds" growing around the place. and finally came across your site . it is great to find some information on these plants . most all the books and information is done on the east coast and of not much use here in texas . thanks for the information on your site. eddie

I thank you very much indeed for the information about ambrosia artemisiifolia! In Hungary there is a law pursuing Ragweed and the legal imposure of big fines is possible against peasants who don't exterminate this plant! Of course, it's impossible; and the info you've provided has proven what I concluded independently out of thinking: the allergies that are caused by plants, like this too, are positive fenomena: these allergy-causing plants are medical herbs! However, the established medical people need work, as wqell as the politicians...
Would appreciate more and more detailed material. Thanks.
