More olde texts ...

I just uploaded the first bits of Pereira's "Elements of Materia Medica", Vol. II (Organics), from 1854, to my site.

I've also reordered the Classic texts menu: it's alphabetical now, except that ye olde German (Madaus, WaldFeld) and Finnish (PulaPuutteet, Lönnrot) texts are at the bottom of the "old stuff" menu, right before the ephemera and the journals.
