This update brings some Eli Jones...

I've uploaded the first bits of Eli Jones' "Definite Medication", and added a few bits to Scudder's 1898 Materia Medica.

I've also moved a lot of the site to static pages: that's the eclectic texts (10500+ .html pages) and the single image pages (a couple thousand of those), so far. I might add a few more sections to the static page setup; it's tedious to update, though, as a wget run off localhost takes more than 30 hours ...
