We got our first snow on Wednesday, and it's -7 C outside.
That makes these pics all the nicer.

1) A very good photo of American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius)

2) A photo of elder flowers (Sambucus nigra, more likely than not, seeing that most of the rest are now lumped with that species)

3) A photo of West Indian woodnettle ("stinging nettle")
