If you tolerate Ginseng well, you may have some sucess taking it for a few days before you travel and a few days after. I've also found that Borage can help alleviate some of the symptoms of jet lag particularly if it's manifesting as; feelings of unsurety, vulnerability, indecision and general spaciness. Two droppers of the fresh plant tincture initially, then another time or two thru out the day as needed.
